I appreciate the simplicity of them, I just want my shoes off the floor by the door.You should know that where the plastic is cut it's not really polished down, but it doesn't affect the purpose of the product.The adhesives did not work for me. The adhesive stuck to the wall - in fact is still sticking to the wall, but the plastic shoe holder came off of the adhesive. We had normal shoes. No heavy work boots or anything. Even with my 5 year old shoes they came off. The product came with screws, but the shoe holders don't have any ready holes for them. I really like how they looked and worked when they were on the wall so I'm going to do my best to screw them up somehow.It feels a little DIY, but for the price it's ok.I LOVE the concept. The adhesive just isn't up to par to hold the weight of even a bath slipper. It DOES not stay stuck on tile, though (7 days). It took a lot longer for it to fall off the wall, despite prepping the surface prior to adhering. I ended up using the velcro/picture hanging COMMAND strips and it is still stuck both on the wall and tile. FOR the PRICE, go for it, just purchase some command strips to use instead of the attached adhesive. I'll keep you posted if the Command strips fail.The sticky adhesive it come with is garbage. They kept falling off the wall. I solved this problem by using screws to secure it to the wall. The product did not come with screws, I had to use my own. The shoes racks also did not come with holes on the back to secure with the screws. I had to drill holes into the product before I could secure them to the wall with my screws. After I did all that they have been working great. I wouldn't purchase this unless you have access to a hand power drill.Terrible! Me and my boyfriend bought some for hanging our shoes in our room as it is very crowded and while the plastic is nice and decent, the shoes want to lean forwards, which of course gives them a bad center of gravity then peels them off the wall. The adhesive on the back is worthless, it damaged my paint after falling off when a light pair of sandals where placed in them. I put command strips on the back to make them a little better, but again because of the shape and balance, they still want to peel off. They do supply screws with the kit (our first kit did not come with them, I assume that they read the reviews and decided to throw screws in the package to help adhesion...) but there are no mounting holes in the plastic so you must drill them yourselves.I wanted to like these, but these really need to be screwed into the wall to be useful at all. The customer service was good - the first set was warped and they replaced them, and sent "stronger" tape to mount them. I cleaned the wall and even the pieces before attempting to mount them. I held them against the wall for longer than a minute - this is not 3M foam or anything like that - it's sticky tape. Flip flops pulled them down after a few uses. I have kept the plastic bits and peeled the messy tape off the wall. I will have to do some light construction to make these work.So bought 8 of these and was really excited to save some space in my closet with them. But, on the back side of each one is tape to stick it to the wall. I stuck them all up on the wall and placed my shoes inside like the photo shows and after about an hour they all started falling off the wall. I then went back and added tape to the back and some stayed up better and other still fell. The product isn’t as sturdy as I wanted.So I bought them to hang under my kids coat hangers but they won't hold sandals which is fine because they were regular shoes to school but the adhesive that holds them to the wall is absolutely garbage but I do like the overall product I need to find a new adhesive strip for them. When I find one that works I'll update!Great idea but would NOT stay on wall. Even purchased heavy duty adhesive tape. Tried everything.This is not the product for anyone. Unfortunately I have nothing good to say about it. I bought it as I though there was a space in the wall above my shoe rack which I could use and bought this item1. For starters, it won’t stick. You can forget about the sticking it came with. I even tried to attach gorilla tape and Velcro but it just won’t hold2. It left a bad mark on my wall as you can see. The sticking does not come out clean and will leave a mark on your wall or worse.3. I used it for my slippers and it won’t even hold them and it comes offI think if they advertise that it can only hold with nails. That way they won’t deceive potential buyers. There is no way any adhesive can hold this product. A really poor product and won’t buy any product like this again.Fit perfectly under my dressing table out of the way but easily accessible and tidy better than being all over the floor and so easy to stick up. Best shoe storage to date and I’ve had every shoe rack in the book!Not much you can say about the E-Meoly Wall Mounted Shoe Rack. Purchased these for our garden shoes, didn't expect much for the price which was very reasonable. We discarded the double sided fixing tape as it didn't look strong enough to fix to the plastered wall. We fixed them to the wall using screws (not supplied).Very pleased with the result. For the price - highly recommend.I’m really pleased with these, They aren’t particularly sturdy and as other people have suggested the original tape it comes with is pretty poor. After they fell off in the first week i replaced it with everbuild mammoth double sided tape, it’s fantastic.I'm a size 6 and my hubby a 10. Doesn't fit either of our shoes. The sticky tape is so strong is ripped the plaster of the wall.
