Several things, up front that allow for an elusive 5 star rating.I. This supplier is the only one I have seen that offers a 1" long " business end"2. While they don't come with a black and cap, at 1" length, I don't have to cut 2" down , losing the up turned and3. I buy a & $9.00 can of "Plasti Dip" to dip the end into and create a tip, for safety, better holding power, or whatever4. Up front, their delivery time was the 12th thru the 17th of the month. I can work with that, and not get the PRIME two day delivery. I received them USPS on the 11th. Unheard of, over deliver on promises5. I notice heat discolor marks at the weld. At first, that was disconcerting. The more I thought about it, at least I, I know they're welded. Others I have bought and actually broken during installation show no visible signs of anything except quality control issues.6. Because I bought 1" components, and haven't seen this size elsewhere, so I can't compare pricing. The least expensive I have seen is 5 pieces, 2" , for $2.00 plus tax at a retail, brick and mortar store. They don't come with black and covers, but I could have them "RIGHT NOW", in a maximum quantity of 50, if I got lucky and had 10 packages available. Then, when I get home, because I have to cut them down with a large bolt cutter, I don't have uniform lengths.7. In the packaging there's a photocopy of a hand written note. The gist of the note is to provide a phone number to call if there's an issue with the product. I have not often seen than level of concern for satisfaction anywhere.If I have any issues with the serviceability of the product, I will update my review ... after I call their customer service department. I saved 50% plus my labor on this purchase.
