These Lift hangers are designed to lift the rear of your vehicle by 1 or 2 inches depending on which set of holes you use. They replace the rear leaf spring hanger. Includes Grade 8 hardware. These hangers are compatible with 1999 - 2018 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 / GMC Sierra 1500 (2WD ONLY).
